Jane and Phoebe were two of the recipients of Bibles which were distributed when six of us from the UK visited the Amani projects a few weeks ago.

Members of St. Alkmund's Church and other friends gave very generously and, thanks to our church partner Chris Perkins, 100 bibles and 50 New Testaments were purchased and awaited our arrival in Nairobi. A number were given to the SOON students, others to a church and many to individuals. There was no shortage of eager takers and Jane and Phoebe's smiles are typical of everyone who received a Bible.
