Spring 2015 Amani UK Newsletter is Here

The Spring 2015 edition of the Amani UK Newsletter is now available and has been posted out to those on our mailing list.  Click or tap here to read it online or to download.

Jim Leftwich, International Co-ordinator of Amani UK, writes:

Jim Leftwich OBE

"Welcome to our Spring 2015 edition of our Newsletter, with news of events from the Kenya projects over the past six months.

Our front page story is one of two heart rending stories of orphan families in this edition, with one concerning a family of eight and the other a ‘family’ of one.  Although in many ways the AIDS epidemic peaked some ten years ago, the consequences are now being seen in the growing number of teenage-led orphan families.  In contrast, the other stories in this newsletter are of positive progress and opportunity, including the official grand opening of the Ted Rayner Memorial Clinic by Jan Rayner.

If you are on Facebook then please take a look at our Facebook page by searching for ‘Amani UK’ and Like us!"

All the articles from the Newsletter are online here on the website, many with more text and all with colour photos:
